Sarah is mom to Creed, a 9 year old third grader who is undergoing treatment with the groundbreaking gene therapy 'Luxturna'. Creed was diagnosed with LCA-RPE65 in 2011. Though Creed could not make the trial, approval of Luxturna made him one of the first people in the US to get the approved treatment.
