Dr. Alfred L. Garfall is Director of Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Hematology, Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology and is a part of various programs such as Amyloidosis Program, Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Transplant Program, Hematological Malignancies (Blood Cancer) Program and Multiple Myeloma Program at Penn Medicine.
