Cindy M.P. Duke is a M.D. Ph.D trained Physician Scientist who is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Fellowship trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). Dr. Duke is also Ph.D trained and research award winning Virologist/Lab Director whose work has centered on the interplay of viruses with the human Immune system. She graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry, received PhD in Microbiology & Immunology with focus in Virology, University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry with residency in Gynecology & Obstetrics, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore MD, and fellowship Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven CT. Dr. Duke is a very effective communicator with a dynamic personality and outstanding people skills. She consistently works well with teams across specialties/disciplines and understands the value of giving back to her community which she views as the global village. Dr. Duke is the Host and Producer of the ‘Girl Powered Success & Survival International’ (aka GriPSSI) Podcast - aimed at highlighting the work and dynamic career paths of women and girls around the globe! Dr. Duke is also the Producer of a number of informative online programs aimed at debunking myths surrounding Fertility amongst Men and Women in the Diaspora! Her Hobbies include gardening, photography, baking, writing and poetry.
