Dr. Elaine Schattner | CureTalks
Dr. Elaine Schattner is a medical educator, non-practicing oncologist and patient who has had breast cancer. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York. She graduated from Yale College and the New York University School of Medicine. She was 42 years old at the time of her breast cancer diagnosis. Elaine’s current interests include medical ethics, cancer screening and informed treatment decisions. She is writing a book on changing public perception about cancer.
