Judy Weaver is the Director of Yoga South’s Teacher Training Program in Boca Raton, Florida and is the primary founder and Director of Education for Connected Warriors. Judy is widely recognized for her expertise and knowledge of yoga and other mind/body disciplines, regularly conducting 200- and 500-hour certified yoga teacher trainings, facilitating workshops, and lecturing on the college and university level. Judy conducts Trauma Conscious Yoga trainings, developing curriculum based on the latest scientific and psychological research available for yoga as a healing modality for traumatic stress.
