Kimberley Elizabeth Logan, Founder and President of REI Connections, LLC, offers an unmatched skill set which encompasses over twenty years of experience including the development of fertility centers. Kimberley’s background includes consulting, management, profit and loss responsibility, turnarounds and entrepreneurial startups. Kimberley holds degrees in Accounting and Finance as well as an MBA from Lynn University. After successfully overcoming infertility by early 1996 with her first son on the way, Kimberley decided to combine her Education and personal insight and began consulting for several fertility centers in development at the time. By 2002, Kimberley continued her career path by joining Integramed America ™ in Practice Development and Sales for the South Florida region. During her tenure with Integramed America ™, notable accomplishments included increasing Billable Revenues, increasing market share in terms of number of IVF cycles performed, successfully launching new product and services and increasing both general consumer awareness and referring Physician base. In 2006, Kimberley joined a national healthcare recruiting firm as Vice President of Business Development. Reaching out to colleagues and former clients, one of her immediate realizations was the need for a specialized area of recruitment for the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility industry. She was successful in launching the first ever Women’s Healthcare (REI) Division assisting IVF centers nationwide with staffing REI Physicians, Lab Directors, Embryologists, Andrologists, IVF Nurses and Practice Administrators nationwide. Today, as Founder and President of REI Connections, LLC, Kimberley seeks to provide IVF Center Solutions to fertility centers utilizing her wide array of expertise in this specialized area of medicine. With relationships formed previously, Physicians and Practice Administrators came to trust and seek her insight into all areas of their practice. REI Connections was founded on this and the principles that patient care comes first and profitability follows.
