Michelle Demarco Amato is the founder of Chronic Confidence Academy - a mentoring program designed to help women with PCOS & Hashimoto’s develop routines, strategies, and self love. In addition to PCOS & Hashimoto’s, she has had other autoimmune illnesses, starting with the diagnosis of type 1 diabetes at age 7. After many years of poor health, she has lost 80lbs of stubborn weight, gotten herself to a place of balance among all her various other illnesses, and developed body acceptance in the process. She dedicates her time trying to help women who feel as lost and hopeless as she once did!
