Dr. Samuel Shor | CureTalks
"Dr. Samuel Shor, MD, FACP is Associate Clinical Professor, George Washington University Health Care Sciences. Dr. Shor developed his long standing interest in chronic fatigue in the late 1980s. He subsequently developed an interest in managing associated conditions such as fibromyalgia, which ultimately led to his interest in Lyme disease. A Congressional presentation of Lyme disease on Capitol Hill 9/24/08 and interviews on the nationally syndicated Diane Rehm Show 4/20/09 and 2/19/12 are examples of Dr. Shor’s interest to educate the public. Published in the peer review in 2011, Dr Shor summarized a possible connection with blood test negative Lyme disease in the majority of his Chronic Fatigue Syndrome patients studied. Participating as a member of the 2010 Virginia Governor's Task Force and Chairing the Loudoun County Lyme Commission are indicative of Dr. Shor’s interest to serve the public. Dr. Shor served as President of ILADS-the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society 2015-2017. In an attempt to offer his patients additional therapeutic options, in 2011 Dr Shor opened his Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Center. Further information about Dr. Shor can be viewed at his web site: www.INTMEDNOVA.com and www.HBOTNOVA.com."
